4. KYC & Verification

Identification documents and other information may be required for KYC, customer verification and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Plans, Charges & Payments

Plan prices, validity, installation charges, equipment charges and applicable taxes will be communicated through applicable channels. Customers are responsible for making payments within the specified period.

6. Installation & Activation

Installation is subject to technical feasibility. Customers must provide reasonable access to their premises for installation, maintenance and repair.

7. Internet Speed

Advertised speeds refer to applicable plan speeds under suitable conditions. Actual performance may vary due to Wi-Fi conditions, devices, network congestion, servers and other technical factors.

8. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, fibre cuts, equipment failures, power failures, third-party infrastructure, natural events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Equipment

Routers, ONTs, modems and other equipment provided to customers may be subject to applicable ownership, deposit, rental and return conditions.

10. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or unauthorized activities.

11. Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, OTPs and account authentication information.

Services may be suspended, restricted or disconnected where permitted by applicable law, including cases of non-payment, misuse, fraudulent information or unlawful activity.

In case of duplicate payment, customers should contact support with the relevant transaction details. After verification, the excess amount may be refunded or adjusted against future dues.

6. Equipment & Security Deposit

Where a router, ONT, modem or other equipment is provided under a refundable deposit or returnable arrangement, the applicable deposit may be refunded after the equipment is returned in acceptable condition and applicable dues are cleared.

7. Promotional Offers

Promotional plans, discounts, cashback and special offers may be subject to separate terms. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional benefits may not be refundable or convertible into cash.
